We at NIMS, have a well laid out and systematic process of placement - i.e. fitting together each students' careers aspirations with the required corporate expectations. The Institute has an Placement cell which falls under the guidance of our Corporate Affairs Department. This cell acts as central hub for all placements related activities and is a repository of all information and resources. |

This cell serves as an interface to establish the best fit: between the student and the organization. |

To achieve this, we follow a two- tier process: |

 It builds in the students the competencies that are of value to the prospective employers, both in contemporary as well as future perspective.
It helps prospective employers articulate their human resources needs and accordingly we prepare and recommend students to them for internships and placement opportunities. |

At NIMS, the final placements and summer placements process commences from November each year. And our Summer Internship is for a period of 8 to 10 weeks in the month of May and June. |
